Last month the Security and Intelligence Service said it was seeking ordinary people who are fluent in foreign languages, particularly Russian and Chinese.
“Everyone in Finland can improve network security by taking care of their own network devices,” the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo) said.
The intelligence agency said it’s seeking creative people with good interpersonal and teamwork skills, as well as an ability to withstand stressful situations.
Energy production in the capital would help balance the country’s electricity grid and smooth price fluctuations, according to Olli Sirkka, CEO of Helsinki’s energy firm Helen.
