Finnish authorities say they have begun preliminary interviews with the crew of a foreign-flagged cargo vessel suspected of damaging a telecom cable in the Gulf of Finland.
Helsinki District Court imposed an enhanced travel ban on all three suspects. They are still under investigation by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
