Aleksanteri Kivimäki’s defence asked for a suspension in his client’s case until the district court hears a case about the involvement of a new, second suspect in the psychotherapy centre hacking.
The Finnish Immigration Service Migri revoked the former rapper’s residence permit earlier this month and ordered him to be deported to his native Iraq.
According to Aleksanteri Kivimäki’s defence lawyer, the appeal process should be suspended until a district court hears a case concerning the involvement of a new, second suspect.
