Police were trying to clear away environmental protesters from a busy street at rush hour in downtown Helsinki on an October afternoon more than five years ago.
The company allegedly accepted cash payments of up to tens of thousands of euros by customers from countries outside the EEA, according to the Regional State Administrative Agency of Southern Finland.
