Finland’s unemployment rate will hover about 10.2 percent this year before falling to 9.8 percent next year and to 9.3 percent in 2028, according to the ministry’s figures.
Over 11 percent of primary school age (7-12) boys had an ADHD diagnosis in 2023, while the rate for girls aged 13-17 has climbed to seven percent nationwide.
The decision is conditional on the Finnish state covering 30 percent of the tram’s construction costs — which in total is estimated to be approximately 465 million euros.
